Business Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all clients who book and attend naturopathic services offered by Paradosia Wellness.

1. Consultations

All consultations are conducted online and must be attended in a quiet, private, and safe environment to ensure the best possible experience and confidentiality.

Clients are expected to join their scheduled consultation on time. A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be allowed at the practitioner’s discretion. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time, your session may be shortened to fit within the original booking time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or cancelled, and the session fee will be forfeited. No additional time will be added to the session to compensate for late arrival.

Attending your appointment while driving or using hands-free devices in a vehicle is strictly prohibited. If you join a session while driving, your appointment may be rescheduled or terminated without a refund.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in a suitable environment free from distractions or interruptions. This helps maintain confidentiality and allows full engagement in the consultation.

If you anticipate being late or have any issues attending, please contact Paradosia Wellness as soon as possible to discuss alternative arrangements.

2. Booking & Payment

All services must be prepaid at the time of booking to confirm your session. Available services and session durations are clearly listed during the booking process.

3. Prescriptions

Any prescriptions or treatment plans will only be dispensed or provided once full payment for the consultation or relevant service has been received.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that schedules change. Please note our cancellation terms:

• Cancellations or reschedules with 24+ hours' notice: Eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

• Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice: Not eligible for a refund.

• Missed appointments or failure to attend without notice will forfeit the session fee.

5. Referral Program

Paradosia Wellness offers a Friends & Family Referral Discount:

• When you refer someone who books and attends a consultation, you will receive a discount on your next session.

• Your referral also receives a discount on their first consultation.

• Referrals must mention your name at the time of booking or in their initial session.

• Referral discounts are not redeemable for cash and must be used within 6 months.

6. Promotions

Occasionally, limited-time promotions may be offered. These will be clearly advertised and available only for the specified duration. Promotions cannot be backdated or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

7. Health Disclaimer

Naturopathic consultations are not intended to diagnose or treat medical emergencies and should not replace care from your GP or medical specialist. Recommendations are tailored to support your wellbeing, but individual results may vary.

8. Confidentiality

All personal and health information shared during consultations is confidential and handled in accordance with professional ethical standards.

9. Limitation of Liability

Paradosia Wellness and Sevim Miskovic provide naturopathic services in accordance with Australian professional standards and within the scope of practice as defined by relevant industry guidelines. While all efforts are made to ensure safe, appropriate, and evidence-informed care, individual outcomes may vary.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the scope of practice and coverage afforded under applicable professional regulations and insurance obligations.

Clients are responsible for communicating health conditions, medication use, and any relevant medical history during consultations to ensure safe and appropriate recommendations. The advice provided should be followed at the client’s discretion and does not replace ongoing medical care or emergency services.
