Paradosia means tradition in Greek — and this space is my way of honouring the wisdom passed down through generations while bringing it into conversation with modern science and evidence-based healthcare.
I created Paradosia Wellness because I’ve experienced firsthand how overwhelming the world of health and wellness can feel. We live in a time where information is everywhere, yet genuine understanding can still feel difficult to find. So many people are left navigating conflicting advice, wellness trends, scientific language, and quick fixes without ever being helped to understand what any of it actually means for their own body, health, or everyday life.
That’s where The Wisdom Hub comes in.
This space was created to help bridge the gap between overwhelming health information and meaningful understanding — offering practical, evidence-based education through a more grounded, human, and approachable lens. My goal is not simply to tell you what to do, but to help you better understand the “why” behind health, so you can make informed and empowered decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
You’ll find reflections, education, and conversations around topics such as food as medicine, herbal wisdom, nervous system health, preventative wellbeing, lifestyle, and the everyday habits that shape long-term health over time.
At the same time, this space is deeply personal to me. I grew up in a Greek household where food, herbs, nature, and connection were simply woven into everyday life. Healing wasn’t always something separate or clinical — it existed in shared meals, fresh air, rest, rituals, seasonal living, and the quiet wisdom passed between generations. Later, my clinical training gave me the scientific understanding to connect these traditions with evidence-based naturopathy, and that balance continues to shape the way I practice and educate today.

If there’s one thing I hope this space reminds you of, it’s that health doesn’t need to feel as confusing or disconnected as we’ve been led to believe.
